Hourly Supervisor & Training (Duties and Responsibilities)
- Make sure customer satisfaction
- Making sure that all Walmart customers are satisfied with the services and attitude of Walmart workers. Greet them with a happy face and answer their questions if there are any
- Keep visiting your area and aisle to make sure that it is presentable to the customer and meets our customers’ expectations
- Coordinate with your team and co-workers to meet all the requirements of the store
- Always prepare and be ready for the expected/upcoming events that may impact/affect your area
- Be a good communicator, take necessary actions on time when required, take direction at all levels
- Use basic mathematics to ensure accurate inventory levels
