Salary: 3000AED / $500-1000 USD (based on experience)

This is a PRO typist job. Responsibilities include visa documentations of UAE government, visa operating systems such as Tawjee, Tasheel, Tawteen, Immigration, MOHRE, Medical and Emirates ID typings, Free Zones.
Candidate must have deep knowledge of the UAE labor law related to visa Management.

Further Roles and Responsibilities

Make sure that all the visa related document received are valid and up to the requirements.
Typing of visa related documents in the government portal and making sure that no black points appeared due to wrong data or document uploading.
Perfectly typing and processing visa application documents, labor contracts, and all other official submissions to the government authorities.
Manage submissions through official online portals such as GDRFA, MOHRE, etc.
Coordinate and work with government entities like Dubai Municipality, DED (Dubai Economic Department, and other concerned authorities for approvals and renewals.
Accurately preparing and submitting visa processing documents, entry permits, cancellations, visa renewals, and Emirates ID applications.
Keeping up with the latest updates and changes in government policies and procedures that affect company operations.
Accurately maintaining and organizing records of all communications, transactions, and government-related activities.
Assistance in preparing of legal documents, memos, and letters required by various government bodies.
Keep up and stay updated about all visa operating systems for system updates.
